Many D.A.R.E. instructors are members of the N.E.O.A. Due to their membership the N.E.O.A. began a distribution of D.A.R.E. workbooks in 1996. Since then we’ve donated over 100,000 workbooks to 40 different police departments for their town program. The N.E.O.A. supports all drug education that informs the public.
